Marino Software is committed to ensuring accessibility of its website to people with disabilities. Web content produced by our organisation currently meets WCAG 2.1 LEVEL AA guidelines. We have incorporated accessibility checks into our publishing workflow for future content on this website.
The scope of this policy does not cover accessibility of third party applications or videos, or media on other platforms e.g. social media. As a company, we will aim to favour providers based on their accessibility conformance claims. However, we cannot ensure that all third party applications we use will meet the relevant standards.
We currently conduct bi-monthly Accessibility review meetings. Below is a feedback form, allowing users to submit feedback on the site. We will compile and consider this information at our review meetings. We will respond to any feedback within two working days of submission. Review meetings are conducted by the Accessibility team. This team comprises members from each functional department.
Our work with our clients includes software and application design and development across many industries, including healthcare, government, financial services, and transport & mobility, and in many territories. As policy in our work, we aim for proactive compliance with the updated EU Accessibility Directive, which will come into force in June 2025.
At Marino Software, we aim to provide inclusive designs that welcome all users, rather than relying on separate experiences for users with specific disabilities where possible. Factors like age, cognitive ability, context, and location are all considered by default as part of our work.
Our offices at 4th Floor, Innovation House, DCU Alpha Campus, Glasnevin, Dublin, D11 KXN4 are also accessible to individuals with mobility impairments.
We will review this statement every 6 months, at the end of September 2024 and end of February 2025. At each of these reviews, we will ensure we are working against the latest accessibility standards versions.
